Choice of three flavours (Brahmi, Shatavari, Amliki)

 

  • In Ayurveda, Ghee is highly revered and considered as a Yogavahi - a catalytic agent that carries the medicinal properties of herbs into the seven dhatus of the body. Ayurvedic Properties: It is sweet and cooling and pacifies pitta and vata and can be taken in moderation by Kapha constitution. Ghee increase the kapha within the body. The most refined essence of kapha is Ojas. Ghee facilitates the transformation of kapha into Ojas through kindling the digestive fire or jaddhragni. Ghee also facilitates the movement of toxins or Ama out of the body through the digestive tract. Certain herbs are fat soluble and Ghee provides a perfect carrier or anupan for such herbs.
  • We create our medicinal Ghee in 3 forms: Shatavari Ghee. Shatavari nourish the female reproductive system, and ghee is the perfect carrier to move the herb to the desired tissues and organs of the body. This combination enable us to achieve the maximum benefit out of this rejuvenating herb. This formula works magically in cases of irregular menstruation, premenstrual cramps, premenstrual syndrome and menorrhagia.
  • Brahmi Ghee: The name of Brahmi can be translated as, “energy of universal consciousness.” Brahmi rejuvenates brain and nervous system. It supports memory, intelligence and focus. Brahmi leaf resembles with the cerebellum in shape. It is highly sattvic and historically consumed by the Himalyan yogis to deepen their meditative states. Brahmi is sweet, astringent, bitter and cooling herb that is pitta pacifying in nature. It also calms the vata in the mind and kapha in the body. Brahmi is fat soluble. Therefore, Brahmi Ghritam is the best way to consume Brahmi in order to achieve the full absorption of Brahmi herb in the body.
  • Amliki Ghee: Amla or Amliki is a potent herb to detoxify the body at the cellular level. It is sweet, sour, pungent, bitter and astringent. The virya or potency of the herb is cooling. Amla’s cooling action removes excessive pitta from the intestines, and protect the stomach lining from the excessive acidity in the system. It cleanses the colon and eliminates toxins out of the body while supporting a healthy bowel movement. Amla is very rich in antioxidants that deeply nourish the body. It is popular for promoting healthy and shining hairs. It also purify the blood and is an extremely useful herb to nourish a clear, bright and healthy skin and nails.
